Moffat's Who makes more sense now!

Having an interesting discussion with jer832 today, we figured out why in Moffat's era of Doctor Who the universe is so often rebooted, and parts of it are getting wiped away or it freezes and likes to start repeating itself....

THE UNIVERSE RUNS ON WINDOWS VISTA!!!!

If we're lucky he'll take it back to Windows XP or upgrade to W7. Actually given they have time travel, maybe they can upgrade to W8?

Yes, that does explain quite a lot. I'd recommend against Windows 8, though. Doesn't Microsoft have a trend of every other major OS release sucking? (Windows ME, I am looking at you.)

Hmm, you've got a point, they should probably stick to W7, or maybe skip to whatever is going to follow 8? Should be due for a complete overhaul by then right?

I do wonder what they're going to do next, but shudder to think what their definition of "complete overhaul" will be. "Oh, look, we haven't created a security hole here yet!" "Look, this is still working, let's break it!"
