Why hello... Ok, on a more logical note. Actually, I'm pretty sure that makes no sense. Never mind. On with the meme!
It's Day 23: Favourite Cast/Crew Quote About Doctor/Rose. Sadly this will be the last day of quotes. And I've been having fun with these...

I think one day my obsessive tendencies are going to have me go back and re-watch all the Confidentials to find all the good quotes. But my favourite today? Possibly because I couldn't actually agree with any more if I tried. From The Parting of the Ways confidential...

John Barrowman: “When [the Doctor] kisses her, it’s not only the thing that he’s wanted to do throughout the entire series, but it gives him peace because he’s letting go of the burden of the Time Lords being destroyed and he’s saving the one that he—he loved the Time Lords, they were his people—but he loves this girl.” 

Yes, completely agree with this quote. Couldn't have said it better. Well I could try, but why bother? There is no way I will ever see the whole Bad Wolf thing as any thing other than Rose saving the one she loves and the Doctor saving the one he loves. Jus so you know :D

And of course, a couple of extra quotes that are wonderful too....

Freema Agyeman: "I think Rose was unique in the sense that she loved him and he loved her back and it was more than just a hint, it was deeply emotional.” 

Deeply emotional, completely dependent and utterly adorable. Yep.

Euros Lyn: "The Doctor and Rose love each other. I think it's that simple" 

I do love these simple and direct quotes :D

Karen Gillan: "[Rose] and the Doctor's relationship was brilliant. I thought it was really truthful, and you really got the sense that these were two best mates. At least some people on the new seasons remember how wonderful the Doctor and Rose were together... Right, shouldn't complain, still, she's right. Except if a lot of us had been there the Doctor probably would have been slapped a few times for being an idiot...

John Simm on the New Year's scene in The End of Time: “Yeah, but she obviously fancies him. Look—look at the way she’s looking. She’d remember.” 
Mostly just included this cause it makes me giggle :D

It stopped being subtext and venture heavily into TEXT after series 1 ended TBH! :D :D

Actually, I don't think it ever stayed subtext in S1, It was definitely borderline actual TEXT in most of the later episodes... Parting of the Ways anyone? ;D

Rose became the Bad Wolf to save the Doctor. The Doctor sacrificed his life to save Rose. It is not anymore complicated than that. Lesson over.

I shall never understand how basically all the who cast (even the new, thank you very much Ms. Gillan!) explicitly state that they're in love and still deny it. As if it wasn't obvious enough already! I mean, they don't have to agree with the pairing (like some don't agree with certain other pairings...), but it's undeniably there.
