So Day 13 – Favourite Era visited by The Doctor & Co. Erm... Hrrmmmm. Yep, this may take a few minutes to figure out.

Ok, so I know the logical answer would be an era of the past. But to be honest, I love seeing the ideas for the future.

My favourite then? The time between around the year 5 billion. I just like that it's kind of random. In New Earth you see the bright shiny side of it and it's very pretty. But slightly evil too. And the randomness of cat-nun-nurses that nobody even blinks at.

Then in Gridlock, you see that 5 billion years on and everyone is still getting stuck in traffic. For some reason I find this hilarious.

I find the future ideas more interesting because there really isn't any limits on it. Which means you're allowed to do anything.

Damn. I totally had you pegged as choosing 18th century France. ;)

LOL me too. I love Martha's face when that guy tells her they are actually ~speeding up. :D

Oh that was a close second really. It was.... I think 18th century France was brilliant.

At this point I think I'm abusing sarcasm again

I think most of the facial expressions are priceless, like the Doctor's when he's told 5 miles in 12 years :P

The only praise that episode deserves is the sarcastic kind.

Or the twisted not complimentary kind. Something along the lines of 'it was a well written as an episode of [Insert soap of choice here]'

Hmm this is quite the hard one. I do like the world war two era and the reality of it all and then pow there's something like Jacks tech that catches Rose in the middle of it all.

The Unquiet Dead in 1869 was lovely especially since Rose got to wear that beautiful dress.

I have to admit I love the Shakespeare one with Martha. The Globe theatre and the costumes were wonderful

And of course The Fires of Pompeii. Um so yeah I guess I prefer the past more so than the future but I think only because I'm jealous and want to dress up in those costumes too just for fun.

I always am sad that Rose never got to wear that lovely blue dress in Tooth and Claw.

I do love some of the experiences in the past. They are amazing. And yes, looking at Rose all dressed up is a nice thing too ;)

But I've always had a thing for the unknown, the future, fantasy etc.
