Think I like Once Upon a Time more every week. Of course I'm easily impressed so that may not be saying much...


It's Hook, seriously, Hook... And Smee. Heh, this should be fun. Wonder if we'll get to see Neverland, and Peter Pan. Anyway, not the point.

Rumple was brilliant. I like that every one in town hates him but Charming still ended up helping. Actually, it's a good way to show why Charming is a 'good' person. He'll help even when he's not sure he should. But Moe, attempting to act in Belle's best interest or so he claims, intends on doing something terrible. It's good. Makes you question at what point it stops being about protecting someone you love and becomes a way of hurting someone else.

So glad we got to see more of Rumple's history too! And they was they woven that into the story of Hook was great.

And Hook is working with Cora?? Oh, that can't end well. Then again...

Also, tell me I'm not the only that wants Ruby and Belle to be friends! I just think they could be fun... Yes, easily amused. I know.

I HAVE SO MUCH LOVE FOR THIS EPISODE. Hrrrmm, sorry. And was I the only one who noticed that Hook looked seriously displeased at having to work with Cora? I hope think he hates her as much as the fandom does right now!

Actually, I didn notice he didn't exactly seem to be jumping for joy to be working with Cora... I'm thinking it's not a relationship based on any sense of friendship, purely working together for convenience.

I just want more Captain Snark/Sass. A whole show of that and Rumple asking dating advice from Charming and Ruby/Belle brOTP and Aurora/Mulan brOTP and Emma and Snow being badass. I mean, I'd probably start missing the other characters down the line, but right now I'd be happy with a show of just that. It could be a talkshow and they could spent all the time snarking at each other. Regina could be host. It would be soooo good.

Regina would have to host it with her snark! And she and Rumpe could have a competition to see who could redeem themselves faster. The others could judge it while Rumple keeps pestering Charming about dating and Regina sneakily gets tips on parenting and she and Snow could argue about the appropriate ways to amke your kid realise you love them...

and then Rumple casually tries to kill/harm Blue because DAMN YOU AND YOUR MAGIC BEANS and Belle and everyone REALLY DISSAPROVES until Emma lets the whole thing with August slip and Snow is all WHAT WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THERE COULD BE TWO IN THE WARDROBE, YOU FUCKING FAIRY, CHARMING GET ME THAT SWORD!! and everything is chaos and everyone is confused instead of Snow who is really angry and Rumple who is cheering her on

And then to top it all Cora arrives complaining about ungrateful kids and at that point August, Regina, Belle and Henry all get totally offended and start an all out brawl who's had it tougher AND GIVING UP YOUR KIDS IS NOT ALWAYS THE ANSWER! Emma wants to get involved but she's having trouble figuring out which side of the argument she's meant to be on...

LOVED this episode. In the end I was afraid I was going to get annoyed with Belle again, but I was like YES! I can deal with them taking things slow.

Rumple, oh Rumple. He's trying. It'll take a while, I'm sure, but at least he's trying.

Loved getting more of his background! :D I felt so bad for him. *wibble* I kinda felt sorry for Captain Hook too. Sort of.

I cackled with Smee. I was all, Mr. Smee, Mr. Smee! Hehehe.

YES to Ruby/Belle!friendship. I hope we get more of them together and hanging out and such. :)

I like Belle, I especially love her after this episode. When it came down to it, despite the fact that so many were telling her who to be, she made her own decisions. It's was wonderful and she was rather adorable sort of asking out Rumple :)

Hook not being a striahgt out villian is great! Not entirely sure how much he loved her but I like that he's not a simple villian. But then, there's not really any of them on the show which is great!

Smee! I giggled at Smee too!

YES! I loved how she stood up to Rumple and her father. It's especially hard to do that with the people you love, I think, because you just want to be accepted, but when they have this set course for you... Oh beautiful, beautiful character development...

It's very interesting because the characters are very human instead of just being straight out baddies which I LOVE.

Exactly! That's what makes it even better, is that the people she stood up to were the people who probably mean the most to her. Yay for Belle!! :)

That's something that few shows do, give you villians that have as much or more depth than the 'heroes'. It also helps that most of the heroes are flawed too. They've stuffed up and made mistakes, the biggest differences seems to be how they handle the fallout.
