I do like that she doesn't say she's better than them. But she wants something better from her life. Something I think a lot of people relate too. This is a very very important difference. Well stated.

I always felt that Nine was thirsting for what Rose was offering him. He was so starved for anyone to care about him. For someone to show him his life was worth living. Rose was the perfect person for him at this time of his life.
