The Long Game - I love how the Doctor helps Rose make Adam feel stupid, always makes me giggle, than smile at the way he looks at her behind her back :) As for Adam, my head canon is that he's purely there to be the opposite of Rose, to emphasis her empathy etc. I sure as hell can't think of any other reason for his presence
Father's Day - One of my favs, because I think it shows us a lot about their relationship and motivations. He's clearly trying to impress her, and of course she was going to do what she did; if he'd thought with his head instead of his libido for just a second he'd have known that. His anger I put down to anger at himself for being so stupid as to take her there, but not actually tell her what she couldn't do, and why.
The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances "What the hell did Moffat do to Rose? She may be susceptible to flirting but she doesn't act like a breathless airhead around a guy, no matter how impressive his toys or how much he flirts. It's kind of like it was decided for this episode Rose would act like she doesn't have more than a couple of brain cells to rub together."
Looking back I'd say this should have been a warning to us all about SM's ideas about women in general, given how eh's subsequently written almost every other female in the show, except when he's exploring his "mummy issues" which yes, I'd say he definitely has.
